Przepisy wprowadzające ustawę o Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej
Artykuł 256.

Dotychczasowe przepisy wykonawcze wydane na podstawie:
 

1. art. 5 ust. 2, art. 11b ust. 7, art. 11c ust. 3, art. 36c ust. 17, art. 36ca ust. 5, art. 36f ust. 4 i 5, art. 37 ust. 3 oraz art. 37a ust. 5 ustawy uchylanej w art. 159 pkt 1 zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych na podstawie art. 65 ust. 5, art. 69 ust. 6, art. 95 ust. 6, art. 118 ust. 18, art. 120 ust. 7, art. 127 ust. 6, art. 130 ust. 2, art. 131 ust. 6, art. 134 ust. 7 oraz art. 135 ustawy, o której mowa w art. 1, jednak nie dłużej niż przez 12 miesięcy od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy, oraz mogą być zmieniane na podstawie tych przepisów;
    
2. art. 11g ust. 4 ustawy uchylanej w art. 159 pkt 1 zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych na podstawie art. 140 pkt 1 i 3 oraz art. 208 ust. 4 ustawy, o której mowa w art. 1, jednak nie dłużej niż przez 3 lata od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy, oraz mogą być zmieniane na podstawie tych przepisów;

4. art. 15 ust. 7, art. 46 ust. 5, art. 47 ust. 10, art. 67 ust. 2, art. 70 pkt 2 oraz art. 131 ust. 4 ustawy uchylanej w art. 159 pkt 3 zachowują moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych na podstawie art. 6 ust. 7, art. 69 ust. 5, art. 136 ust. 11, art. 140 pkt 2 i 4 oraz art. 208 ust. 4 ustawy, o której mowa w art. 1, jednak nie dłużej niż przez 3 lata od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy, oraz mogą być zmieniane na podstawie tych przepisów;
    
5. art. 49 ust. 3 pkt 3 ustawy uchylanej w art. 159 pkt 3 zachowuje moc do dnia wejścia w życie przepisów wykonawczych wydanych na podstawie art. 66 ustawy, o której mowa w art. 1, jednak nie dłużej niż przez 3 lata od dnia wejścia w życie niniejszej ustawy.
